1. Data We Process

  • Identification & contact: name, email.

  • Order & interaction data: prompts/answers you provide to generate PDFs, order metadata, support messages.

  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, logs.

  • Cookies/analytics: see Cookie Policy.

2. Purposes & Legal Bases (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Provide and improve the Service / beta operation – Legitimate interest and/or Contract.

  • Customer communication & support – Legitimate interest / Contract.

  • Marketing (optional) – Consent (you can withdraw anytime).

  • Security, abuse prevention, legal compliance – Legitimate interest / Legal obligation.

  • Payments (post-beta via Stripe) – Contract / Legal obligation (accounting, tax).

3. Processors & Recipients

We use vendors under data processing agreements, including:

  • Hosting/ops/analytics: e.g., Google Cloud/Workspace/Analytics, [hosting/CDN provider].

  • Payments: Stripe (when enabled).

  • AI processing (text → PDF logic): e.g., OpenAI.
    We share only what is necessary. We do not sell personal data.

4. International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g., to the US), we use EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional safeguards as required by GDPR.

5. Retention

  • Account & order data: for the lifetime of your account and as required by accounting/tax law.

  • Beta test data: retained no longer than necessary and then deleted or anonymised.

  • Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or after inactivity in line with our retention rules.

  • Logs/security data: short, necessity-based periods.

6. Your Rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior processing).
