Service: Online creation and delivery of customized PDF plans (the “Service”).

1. Scope & Beta status

During beta, the Service may be free, limited, or occasionally unavailable. We may change, suspend, or end beta without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding access to your account/email.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for personal, lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to interfere with the Service, reverse engineer, or use it to create unlawful content.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, models, logic and branding are owned by [Company Name AB] or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the PDFs you receive for personal purposes. Commercial redistribution requires our written consent.

5. Pricing, Payment & Taxes (post-beta)

When payments launch, checkout will be processed by Stripe. Prices will be shown incl. VAT where applicable. The agreement is concluded when we confirm your order.

6. Delivery of Digital Content

Delivery is made digitally (download link or email). For paid content: if you explicitly consent to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that the EU withdrawal right for digital content is lost once delivery starts (per EU consumer rules). This does not affect mandatory rights for faulty content.

7. Refunds

For paid content, we follow applicable consumer law. If content is defective or not delivered, contact petpartyplanner.hq@gmail.com within 14 days with order details; we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We aim for reasonable uptime but provide the Service “as is” during beta. Features may change. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or data loss. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law with mandatory consumer protections applying in your country of residence within the EU/EEA. Disputes may be brought before the competent Swedish court, or (for EU consumers) via ODR: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
